How does the process work?
You choose a design, we personalise it with your wedding details, and you receive one link ready to share. From the first WhatsApp message to the moment your link arrives, we walk you through it.
What does the invitation include?
A digital invitation in the design you choose, with a page for the date and venue, a map with directions, and your schedule. Guest RSVP and the guest list are a paid add-on.
Can I customise the invitation?
Yes. Names, date, time, venue, the schedule, the map and colours are all personalised for your wedding inside the base design — there is no extra charge per detail. RSVP, guest management and the other add-ons are priced separately.
Can guests confirm attendance?
Yes, as a paid add-on. Guests reply from inside the invitation with no app to download: attending or not, how many are coming, their meal choice, and a dietary note if they want to add one. It is not in the base price — we confirm the cost before you decide.
Can I see how many guests are coming?
Yes, as part of the paid guest management add-on. Every reply lands in one place: who is coming, who declined, who has not answered yet, and how many plus-ones — without chasing anyone over WhatsApp.
How do guests find the venue?
The venue address appears in the invitation with a map link that opens turn-by-turn directions in one tap.
Is the invitation in Arabic and English?
Yes — Arabic, English, or both, each typeset with fonts designed for that language rather than machine translated.
How do I share the invitation?
Straight over WhatsApp, with a share-ready link, or with a QR code on printed cards that takes guests into their invitation instantly.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Send us the idea on WhatsApp — a different layout, a custom interaction, another visual direction — and we come back with a clear proposal before anything is agreed.
Can I add or remove features?
The core invitation is complete on its own. You can add whatever suits your celebration — RSVP and headcount, a personal link for each guest, meal choice, your love story, and a dress code — and add-ons are paid, with the cost confirmed before any work starts. Any unusual custom work is quoted separately, agreed before it starts.
How long does the invitation stay online?
The invitation stays online for 30 days after the celebration, because an invitation should stay a moment in a guest's life rather than a page on the open web. The window can be adjusted to suit you.
What if I need something that isn't available?
Message us on WhatsApp. Every request is judged on its own: if it fits what we already do, we add it; if it is custom work, we price it clearly before starting.
